 Welcome! I am glad you are here. My name is Kim
Weinberg and I am a professional coach and the founder of Coach In Motion, LLC, a Washington D.C. area based coaching and consulting firm providing services in executive, group and personal
advancement. I draw from over 15 years of experience helping individuals and organizations achieve higher levels of productivity and performance.
I specialize in working with executives, leaders, and goal-driven individuals who want to maximize their professional and personal effectiveness. I
believe one of the biggest challenges we face is recognizing when and how we need help with a problem situation, a missed opportunity, or our
unused potential. However, I also believe that we have the resources within ourselves to handle these circumstances. Our coaching partnership
will be a safe and constructive place for you to explore, practice and reinforce new behaviors.
My experience is varied. I majored in "Psychology, Communications, and Organizations" and have a Masters degree in Organization Development. I also have completed post-graduate work and
certifications in areas of Coaching, Human Resources, Quality, and various assessment tools. I have worked in Fortune 100 corporations and with
start up entrepreneurs. I have run marathons and triathalons, raised children and worked extensively with members of the Young Presidents
Organization. My passion is helping people excel through maximizing their talents, helping them realize their blindspots, and negotiating around their weaknesses.
My goal is to challenge you and to support you in achieving new levels of success and fulfillment. I bring great vigor and passion to my work. My
style is direct, honest, insightful, lively, and compassionate. I will support your goals as if they are my own because your success is my success. I
will encourage you to try new behaviors, to communicate openly and honestly, to hold true to your commitments, and to be genuine and authentic with me and with yourself.
On a final note, I occasionally refer to “We” because when appropriate, I like to collaborate with my network of talented resources and associates.
