How We Do It 

  • Coach In Motion, LLC - The Active Pursuit of ExcellenceBefore we have coaching in motion sessions, we complete our initial phase
  • Determine best method of motion for the partnership
    • Typically from the following:
      • Walking
      • Running
      • Biking
      • Stretching
      • Side-by-side Indoor equipment
        (i.e. recumbent bike, stair climber, elliptical machine)
  • Coach in motion
  • Stretch and wrap up
  • Action steps
