What We Do
We offer facilitation on several levels to help teams, forums, and peer groups get the most constructive interaction and obtain high levels of performance. These tend to be professional, social, or personal
groups that come together for a common reason or a specific purpose. As teams cycle through different stages of development, their needs vary from getting started, to transitioning members, to becoming
functional, and finally either renewing or dissolving after goals have been met. As the facilitator, we assist teams with these stages as well as managing conflicts, solving problems, making decisions, taking
action, and meeting goals. We also facilitate teams where an objective, outside person is needed so that all team members can participate equally.
