How We Do It 

    Determine organizational needs through meetings with senior leadership to identify your company’s vision and goals to assess the current situation 

    Contract for results to ensure all parties are clear on the process, the roles, the action steps, and the intended results 

    Collect and analyze data via interviews, surveys, assessments and research of management, employees, internal and external customers, and other key constituents 

    Communicate back the data and make recommendations based on the analysis and determine next course of action appropriate to achieve desired outcomes 

    Design and implement an action plan for change through facilitation, coaching, training, and other forms of intervention 

    Evaluate the outcome by monitoring progress and comparing the intended results with the actual ones 

    Continue improvement through ongoing development or end the process
