How We Do It
Through regularly scheduled meetings, in-between assignments, and appropriate assessments, we will:
- Determine your goals and needs
- Explore and assess what is working and not working for you
- Refine the goals as needed and create an action plan
- If suitable, utilize Coach In Motion service
- Develop skills, implement actions, solve problems, and adapt the plan as needed
- Review progress and evaluate the results
- Identify next course of action or end the process
